The Path Forward for Fun Serious Creative Agency

Hi there, Ben here from Fun Serious Creative Agency.

After a period of relative quietness, I’m excited to update you on what’s been happening behind the scenes and share our vision for the future.

I’ve been quiet since April… Why?

For the past few months, my life has been a whirlwind of intense training at the Fire and Rescue NSW Academy. Becoming a permanent firefighter has been a long-time goal of mine, and this demanding program was the final step. It involved grueling 12-hour days packed with physical, technical, and theoretical instruction to prepare us for the frontlines of emergency response.

While navigating the Academy’s challenges, I found my passion for fun/serious and the creative world only burned brighter. My firefighting experience provided invaluable real-world lessons in professionalism, teamwork, coooperation, and operating under immense pressure – all skills that will hugely elevate the quality of our agency’s work.

I’m aiming to inject that same organisational excellence, attention to detail, and steady hand that firefighters exemplify into every client project and interaction. You can expect an even higher standard of customer service as fun/serious embarks on this next chapter.

What is the next chapter?

So what’s next after I graduate in early July? Over the coming months, I’ll be rolling up my sleeves to revitalise this website, tighten the branding, and knuckle down on the core service offerings. My primary focus will be on taking our existing client relationships to new heights through enhancing your current digital presence and developing strategies to smash your business goals.

However, growth and expansion are also on the horizon. I’ll be building out the fun/serious team by bringing skilled contractors and potentially even part-time/full-time employees into the fold. This will allow us to increase our bandwidth and manage a higher volume of projects while maintaining our trademark quality, creativity, and attentive client management.

But didn’t I say that I am now a permanent firefighter?

Yes. But guess what? It’s important to note that my firefighting duties will require me to be unavailable two days per week. But I’m carefully structuring my schedule to ensure I can still devote a substantial amount of time and energy to Fun Serious Creative Agency and your business growth during the other five days.
